Our customer, an industrial bread producer, has an excellent automatic plant for bread. There is a kind of bread, though, that must be cut before baking and the firm used to have two workers, for 4 hours a day, cutting manually the bread on the line (so risks of accidents and high speed required).
MECH has realized a cutting equipment with a special vibrating motion that has been very successfully installed on the existing plant. The 8 hour a day labor save has made the investment pay off in really short time.
