Salad CAKES as home-made
This machine makes salad cakes ("erbazzone") with great care for details as a traditional Italian grandma would do.
The extruder gives excellent solutions to problems caused by spinaches: they release water, their filaments stick to mechanical parts and, most of all, the fibers of spinaches are difficult to pump, dose and extrude (that is, to force spinaches to go out of the die).
